For this week's photo shoot, the girls teamed up to do a sensual, romantic nude shoot. After the critique, each model took a Polaroid shot to measure how they took the criticism and how it affected their work through their facial expressions. Manuel also discredited Tyra's claims that she looks through everyone's entire film, saying that he rates the girl's films from 5 stars to 1 star, and Tyra only looked through the films that Jay ranked 5, 4 or 3 stars, saying there was "no point" going through the 2 or 1 star films, especially since Tyra didn't have the time. After their commercials, the girls did their photo shoots. At judging, Jade's photograph was praised but her commercial was criticized. Nyle DiMarco was crowned the winner of the cycle, making him the first deaf contestant to win the series as well as the second male to win. Their challenge was to model for a Sears catalog, using the four seasons as their back-drop.
The photo shoot required the girls to "krump," a modern dance style, to advertise Payless shoes.
Joanie received veneers to fix her "snaggle tooth," and while Danielle was offered the chance to fix the gap between her front teeth, she declined, claiming the gap was a part of who she was. The rest of the contestants moved into their house in Los Angeles with four fashion-inspired rooms and one "Top Model" room. Joanie put out a stellar shoot, with creative poses while balancing on the elephant's foot, which impressed the judges and gave her the first call-out.
